How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking details.
To track your order:
- Enter your Order Number
- Enter the Email Address used during checkout
- Click Track Order
Your order status will be displayed instantly.
Order Status Guide
Here’s what each order status means:
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse
- In Transit: Your package is on the way
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered
Haven’t Received Tracking Information?
If you haven’t received your tracking details:
- Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order
- Check your spam or promotions folder
