How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking details.

To track your order:

  1. Enter your Order Number
  2. Enter the Email Address used during checkout
  3. Click Track Order

Your order status will be displayed instantly.

Order Status Guide

Here’s what each order status means:

  • Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse
  • In Transit: Your package is on the way
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered

Haven’t Received Tracking Information?

If you haven’t received your tracking details:

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order
  • Check your spam or promotions folder

Estimated delivery times:

  • Other States: 3–7 business days
